Bố cục của 1 lá thư xin việc được vạch bằng tiếng anh:

Thư xin việc gồm 3 phần chính: phần xây dựng đầu, nội dung và kết bàn luận. Trước khi tiến hành viết thư, ứng viên cần nêu một số thông tin cá nhân cơ bản và nơi tiếp nhận thư.
